Planning for the future New business plan in the pipeline
As members would be aware, the Cooperative is concentrating on a reform development agenda for the next 3 to 5 years. As part of this process, we have been spending time putting together a new Business Plan for the organisation for the 2011 - 2015 period. This plan will include organisational reform, the development of our existing business in 2L precinct, the new business trading as the Brisbane Workers' Community Centre and feasibility studies on the suggestions made by our members in a survey taken in 2005.
